Gift Vouchers
Book Face Gift Vouchers are currently available for purchase in store and over the phone.
Gift vouchers are valid at all Book Face stores for three (3) years from the date of issue. They can be redeemed in full or in part only for goods and only at Book Face stores. If lost or stolen they can not be replaced or refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase Gift Vouchers or other tender; and cannot be exchanged, refunded or reloaded.
Our gift vouchers are physical cards and can not be redeemed online. They will be posted to your requested address.
Gift Vouchers:
can be redeemed in full or in part only for goods and only at BOOK FACE bookshops;
they can not be redeemed online;
should be treated as cash and if lost or stolen will not be replaced or refunded;
cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase Gift Vouchers or other tender;
cannot be exchanged, refunded or reloaded;
cannot be redeemed at any BOOK FACE Caf�; and
expire 36 months after the date of issue and any unused balance will not be paid out or credited.

Digital Gift Cards
When you purchase a Book Face digital gift card through our website you can have it sent directly to your recipient on a specified date or send it to yourself to be forwarded at your convenience.
When redeeming a gift card code at checkout, you will see the card value subtracted from their order total and the balance remaining on the gift card.
All Book Face digital gift cards can be redeemed on our website and are valid for three (3) years from their date of issue.
